What is the game about?
Neon Impact is a neon space shooter. You fly your ship into the screen, dodge obstacles, blast them with your cannon and collect crystals.
The campaign has 5 galaxies of 10 levels each, with a boss at the end of every galaxy. Each level gives up to 3 stars: for reaching the finish, for collecting 70% of the crystals and for flying without losing a shield. Beating the first galaxy’s boss unlocks Run: an endless flight that keeps getting harder, with your score on the leaderboard.
Crystals buy new ships, upgrades and skins in the Hangar.
How do I control the ship?
- Slide your finger sideways to dodge obstacles. Sliding up and down moves the ship forward and back.
- Hold the “Fire” button to shoot. Ammo is shown on the button; collect cells to refill it.
- Some ships have an ability: the button next to Fire. The ring around it shows when the ability is charged.
- In a Run, kills and close calls charge the Fury bar around the edge of the Fire button. When it is full, tap the Fury button above Fire: for a few seconds you smash through everything and points count double.
- Pause the flight with the pause button in the corner of the screen.
In Settings → “Controls” you can change the steering sensitivity, turn on “Left-handed” mode (Fire on the left) and choose the Fire button size. Tips from your first flight come back after choosing “Show tutorial again”.
Run mode and the leaderboard
Every Run in which you beat your score goes onto a leaderboard shared by iPhone and Android. Open it by tapping your record on the start screen. It has three tabs: “This week”, “This month” and “World”.
Your place in the week and the month’s podium earn rewards (crystals, extra chances, skins). See the full list under “Prizes”. Rewards arrive the first time you open the game after the week or month ends. Without internet your score waits on the phone and goes onto the leaderboard once you are online.
How do I change my pilot name?
The game gives you a random pilot name at the start. Set your own in Settings → “Pilot name” → “Change name”, or get a new random one with “Random name”. Confirm with “Save”. A name has 3 to 16 characters (letters, numbers, spaces, _ and -), must not be taken and must not be offensive. You need internet to change your name. The new name also appears next to your existing leaderboard scores.
I bought something, but the game does not show it
Open Settings in the game (the gear on the start screen) and under “Purchases” choose “Restore purchases”. Make sure the phone uses the same Apple ID or Google account the purchase was made with and is connected to the internet. Ships, skins, bundles, “No ads” and “Double crystals” belong to your store account, so you restore them the same way on a new phone. Crystals are a one-time purchase: they go straight into your wallet and come back together with your saved progress.
How do I move my progress to a new phone?
On your old phone, go to Settings → “Save progress” and choose “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google” (Android has Google only). On the new phone, do the same with the same account: levels, stars, crystals, ships, skins and your record will come back. Without this, progress stays on one phone only and is lost when you delete the game.
How do I get a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled only by Apple or Google; we have no access to them. On iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
How do I get crystals?
You collect crystals in flight and get them for completed levels, defeated bosses, daily missions and your leaderboard place. Rewarded videos (watched only when you want, e.g. “Free chest” in the Shop) and crystal packs in the Shop give more. “Double crystals” doubles the crystals you earn in the game forever.
Ads and “No ads”
The game is free and shows an ad every 3 completed campaign levels (never right before a boss). You start rewarded videos yourself. Buying “No ads” in the Shop removes the ads between levels, and rewarded videos stay optional. Change your ad consent in the game’s Settings: “Ad privacy” (shown in countries where the consent form is required). Turn off cross-app tracking in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Does the game work offline?
Yes. The campaign and Run mode work offline. You need the internet for the leaderboard, changing your pilot name, rewarded videos, purchases, restoring purchases and saving progress to the cloud. Progress made offline is saved automatically once the phone is back online.
Language, sound and vibration
The game starts in your phone’s language. In Settings you can change the language (Polish, English, German, Spanish, French or Italian), the effects and music volume, and vibration.
Privacy and deleting your data
The game does not require an account and does not collect your contact details. On the leaderboard other players see only your pilot name, country flag and score. To delete your game save and leaderboard entries, email contact@websolutionslab.dev with your pilot name. Full details: Privacy Policy.
